Good run - it was very nice out this evening - ran well and felt very well - ran with Bert, Micki and Jen - Meri was not up for the run - we took head lamps and needed them but they worked well and it was not a problem - Bert and I ran together - Micki and Jen would run at their pace then turn around at the walk intervals and walk back to us then repeated - seemed to work pretty well - if they did not like it they did not say so - no problems or pains -
