Good run - really good run - nice cool evening with pretty clear skies - ran with Bert, Meri and Emily - always a good time running with Bert and Meri was also nice having Emily back running with us - it was just a real good run and then we all share a really great dinner after - I did not run as fast as I believe I am able to now but after the run I was is real good shape and it has been a long time since I have been able to feel like that - no problems no pains -
