Wednesday Lunch Run

Good run - I ran as fast as I felt I could without hurting myself -  I felt good but I bit winded and my legs are a little sore now - the new route is about 2 miles which is great - I do need to do it faster to get safely inside my lunch time time limit - well something to work on - the hill starting a W Johnson up St Marys is difficult - something else to work on - the new Kinsens 4 feel great - no problems no pain everything seems to have healed up - Looking forward to the Galloway pre-season Group run Saturday
