Good workout - easier getting there today - no pain no problems - I did one set to failure of Machine Squats, Leg Presses, Leg Extensions, Seated Leg Curls, Prone Calf Curls, Hip Adduction, Hip Abduction and Seated Calf Presses also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - blood sugar 97 pressure 147/72 54 - weight up again -
