Wednesday Legs & Core Workout

Good workout - felt good - I started early due to having a blood work done for a physical - I added to exercises and added some weight to some routines - I did three sets of 10 of Machine Squats, Leg Presses, Leg Extensions, Seated Leg Curls, Hip Abduction and Seated Calf Presses also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - blood sugar was 85 pressure 140/78 52 - weight up a bit again - yesterday I ate 9g carbs, 109g protein and 185g fat for 2145 cals -
