Good ride - wow was it cold out there I know the temps that were recorded do not look that bad but with the wind and wind chill it was cold also we did not get much Sun shine - I was riding pretty well still having some pain in the right leg guess I still do not have the seat quite right yet - It was nice to go ride - I am looking forward to getting the Catrike on the road - my blood sugar was 104 this morning weight data is below -
