FItness Profile

This morning before work I went to my Gym - Rex Fitness Center of Rex Healthcare.  I joined the gym at the end of May about the time I started running. I have improved my Fitness profile based on the two different evaluations.  Here is the data:

I still have a ways to go but it is progress in the right direction.
