Tuesday Morning Run

Good run - a bit of pain like a stiffness in the area below the calf - the pain was dull and faded by the second interval - I may have the KT Tape that goes up the Achilles too tight - I am using nore than half tension which it recommended in the video - next time I will use less tension to see if it make a difference - no other pain - real nice out there today was a bit cool - wore sweat shirt and workout pants - felt good - need to get gloves -
Starting the Paleo food plan today - I really ate Paleo last night also - K less than Neg. P 320.2 BS 93
