Wednesday Morning Core Workout

OK good workout - was able to push up the weight on some of the exercise - I also pushed the pace a bit - I got the Forerunner set correctly except I did not have the foot pod on but the HR and time is what I wanted mostly - I did three sets of Pull-ins 37.5, Pull-ups 100, Pull-downs 90, Seated dumbbell presses 15 and Standing dumbbell curls 22.5 also 100 Ab curls - food was good yesterday except for extra cheese late last night - blood sugar 112 this AM - Called to get an appointment with a Dietitian - I do not have the appoint yet but hope to get it today
