Slow Spokes Thursday Evening Ride

I am glad I rode but I did not have a good ride - I am not sure why but riding is just not fun right now - I am not sure why - part of it I am sure is all the pain I am having from the seat - I will keep riding but maybe not as much - I want to work on my running and weight loss - I do plan to ride next week - it is the last SS ride this year - got to figure out this seat problem - I am sure I will miss riding soon and I need to fix this problem
